1. Who is the data controller

2. What data we process

Through the contact form we receive the data you fill in: full name, company, email address, phone number (optional), service of interest, the timeframe in which you need support, your preferred way of being contacted, and the content of your message.

In addition, for security reasons, we process your IP address and technical connection data, which are needed to protect against spam and abuse.

We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include personal data in your message that is not necessary for your request.

We do not use data for automated decision-making and we do not sell it.

3. Why we process data and on what legal basis

We process data for the following purposes:

• To reply to your request and prepare a possible collaboration (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR: consent and pre-contractual steps).
• For the security of the website and to prevent spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest).
• To comply with legal obligations, where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. How long we keep data

We keep data from requests for as long as necessary to reply to you and, if no collaboration is agreed, for no more than 24 months after the last communication. If a contract is concluded, data is kept in line with legal obligations (for example accounting and tax rules).

You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time, under the conditions set by law.

5. Who we share data with

Data may be processed by providers that help us run the website, under contracts that oblige them to protect it:

• the website hosting provider (Hostico);
• the service that delivers the form emails (Resend, with infrastructure in the EU);
• the anti-spam verification service (Cloudflare Turnstile);
• the provider of the company's email service, where we receive the messages.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some providers are based, or have infrastructure, outside the EEA (for example in the United States). In such cases the transfer relies on a European Commission adequacy decision (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your data;
• rectify inaccurate data;
• erase your data;
• restrict processing;
• object to processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out until then.

8. How to exercise your rights

Write to us at office@omvg.ro. We will reply within one month at most.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

9. Data security

We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), anti-abuse checks and restricted access to the data we receive. Information sent through the form is processed only by authorised persons.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

The website does not use marketing or analytics cookies. The form's anti-spam verification service (Cloudflare Turnstile) may use technologies that are strictly necessary for security.

If we introduce analytics tools, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.
